1. General Provisions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to all users of the 7bat platform ("Platform" or "Site"). 7bat is an online betting and casino service provider operating for users in Bangladesh.

These Terms may be available in both English and Bengali. In case of any interpretation dispute, the Bengali version shall be considered authoritative.

7bat reserves the right to change or amend these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the platform after any changes will be taken as your acceptance of the revised Terms. We therefore recommend visiting this page regularly.

2. Account Registration & Eligibility

2.1 Age Requirement

Only individuals aged 21 or above may open an account and use services at 7bat. Any attempt to create an account on behalf of a minor or ineligible person is strictly prohibited, and any such account will be closed immediately.

2.2 One Account Policy

Only one account per person is permitted. The same individual or members of the same household may not create multiple accounts. If multiple accounts are detected, all associated accounts will be suspended or closed and all bonuses will be cancelled.

2.3 Accurate Information

You must provide truthful and complete information at the time of registration. If any false or misleading information is provided, 7bat may close the account and confiscate funds at any time.

2.4 Account Security

It is entirely your responsibility to keep your login details (username and password) confidential. You are personally responsible for all activity that takes place on your account. If you suspect any unauthorised access to your account, notify the 7bat support team immediately.

3. Deposits & Withdrawals

3.1 Accepted Payment Methods

7bat supports only the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. These methods are accessible and secure for users in Bangladesh. Note that Rocket is the mobile wallet service of Dutch-Bangla Bank.

3.2 Minimum Amounts

• Minimum deposit: ৳200 for each payment method.
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳1,000.

3.3 Withdrawal Processing Time

Approved withdrawal requests are generally processed within 10 to 45 minutes. However, in some cases additional time may be required due to account verification or security review.

3.4 Verification Requirements

7bat may request identity verification before processing any withdrawal request. This process is necessary for user security and fraud prevention. Failure to provide the required documents may put your withdrawal on hold.

4. Bonuses & Promotions

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New users will receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example, depositing ৳1,000 will earn a ৳1,200 bonus for a total balance of ৳2,200. Depositing ৳10,000 or more will earn the maximum ৳5,000 bonus for a total balance of ৳15,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 15 times the bonus amount. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the original deposit.

Example: ৳1,200 bonus × 15 = ৳18,000 in bets must be completed before withdrawing winnings from the bonus.

4.3 Bonus Abuse

Abusing the bonus system, placing low-risk bets to clear a bonus (such as betting on both sides or betting on the same outcome), or attempting to claim bonuses through multiple accounts is prohibited. If such activity is detected, the bonus and associated winnings will be cancelled.

4.4 Promotional Offers

7bat may from time to time offer various promotional offers, cashback, and special benefits. Each promotion will have its own terms and conditions stated in the promotion details. Where a promotion's specific terms conflict with the general Terms, the promotion's terms will apply.

5. VIP Program

The 7bat VIP program has three tiers: Bronze, Silver, and Gold. Each tier offers a weekly cashback benefit:

• Bronze: Up to 0.5% cashback per week.
• Silver: Up to 1.0% cashback per week.
• Gold: Up to 1.5% cashback per week.

Reaching a higher VIP tier depends on your overall activity on the platform. 7bat reserves the right to change the terms of the associated VIP benefits.

6. User Responsibilities & Prohibited Activities

6.1 Permitted Use

You agree to use the 7bat platform for personal entertainment purposes only. Betting for commercial purposes or on behalf of third parties is strictly prohibited.

6.2 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal financial activity.
• Placing bets using software bots, automation tools, or artificial intelligence.
• Attempting to breach the platform's systems or security processes.
• Accessing another user's account or defrauding other users.
• Spreading spam or misleading information through the platform.
• Deliberately exploiting system errors or bugs.

Any such activity will result in the immediate closure of the account, and legal action may be taken where applicable.

7. Gaming Policy & Fair Play

7.1 Fair Play Guarantee

7bat is committed to fair play. The games used on our platform are developed by reputable software providers and operate on Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which keeps every outcome completely random and impartial.

7.2 Game Changes

7bat may add, remove, or modify games at any time. If an ongoing game or promotion is interrupted due to a technical issue, 7bat reserves the right to void or restore the relevant bets.

7.3 Sports Betting

The sports betting section offers markets on various sports including cricket, football, and kabaddi. If a bet accepted before a match starts must be cancelled during the match for technical or any other reason, 7bat may declare that bet void.

11. Account Suspension or Closure

11.1 Closure at User Request

You may request account closure at any time by contacting our support team. You will be given the opportunity to withdraw your balance before the account is closed, unless any conditions remain unfulfilled.

11.2 Closure by 7bat

7bat may unilaterally suspend or close an account in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any clause of these Terms.
• Suspicion of fraudulent or illegal activity.
• Providing false or incomplete information.
• Use of the account by a minor.
• Abuse of the bonus system.

12. Limitation of Liability

7bat is not liable for any loss or damage resulting from technical issues, network disruptions, or failure of third-party services. We always strive to provide an uninterrupted service, but technical problems may occur unexpectedly.

7bat is not liable for financial losses arising from gaming. Betting is a risk-bearing activity and you are knowingly accepting that risk.

13. Applicable Law

These Terms are governed by applicable laws and regulations. Any dispute or disagreement will first be sought to be resolved through dialogue. If unresolved, it will be settled through the relevant legal authority.
